How to Avoid the Google Sandbox If There is One

Oh nooo! the Google sandbox. Well what is this so called Google sandbox? I will attempt to answer that question. Google does not seem to like new websites or new domain names so they put them into their sandbox meaning that they do not index them or pay them any attention. It can sometimes take over a month for Google to index your site or for you to show up in a Google search. Once, it took 6 weeks before I saw my new site show up in an organic search. My website showed up on page 48, I think.

There are ways to avoid being put into the sandbox and they are quite easy. The first thing you can do is buy an aged domain. What this mean is that there are domains names out there that the owners don't want to renew, so you can buy them. I bought a aged domain called Xerowire that was six years old. The site was index and was already showing up in the Google searches. So I just pointed the domain name to my new website hence avoiding the sandbox.

With so much talk about search engines putting a damper on direct reciprocal links, the hunt for the elusive one-way inbound link is on.

As someone who works with small business website owners, I've heard just about every inbound-linking scheme there is. In the end, I've only seen five strategies that really work consistently for getting hundreds of links.
